B2B FLATWARE PACKAGING GUIDE

Wholesale Flatware Packaging Options: A Buyer Checklist

Packaging should be selected with the product model, finish, quantity and destination in mind. This guide helps buyers describe a packaging request clearly before quotation, using the packaging examples currently shown in Sanli's 5001 and 5002 collections.

Start with the item: a package photo shows one photographed configuration. Before approval, ask Sanli to confirm the selected model, finish, piece count, pack format and order requirements together. A packaging example from one series or finish is not automatically a specification for another.

Choose the packaging conversation in the right order

Describe whether you are considering a boxed set, mixed cutlery card, single-type card or bag example from the current collection pages.

3. Confirm the order details

Send quantity, destination, any logo or label request, and the information required for your purchasing or import process. Feasibility is confirmed project by project.

Information to include in a packaging RFQ

  • Sanli item code, or a reference image and the required utensil types.
  • Required finish and the pieces per set, card or bag.
  • The preferred packaging example or a buyer-supplied packaging reference.
  • Quantity, destination country and the target market.
  • Any proposed logo, barcode, label or other retail-information requirement for project review.

Sanli confirms the applicable product and packaging details before quotation. MOQ, sample terms, custom packaging feasibility and lead time are not fixed by this guide and are confirmed for each project.

See photographed packaging examples by collection

The 5001 and 5002 collection pages organize currently photographed examples into boxed sets, mixed cutlery packs and single-type packs. Use their item codes when requesting a quote, rather than relying on a packaging photo alone.

Frequently asked questions

Can I use a packaging photo as the final order specification?

No. Use it as a reference, then confirm the exact product, finish, pieces per pack and packaging format with Sanli before quotation and approval.

Can a boxed-set image be used for another model or finish?

Do not assume so. Packaging shown for one collection or finish should be confirmed for the selected model and order requirements.

What is the fastest way to request a packaging quotation?

Send the item code or reference image, required finish, pack format, quantity and destination. Add any label, logo or retail-information request for project review.
